• Bella now has 1 armor pen.
• Increased Cacophony armor pen (1 -> 1.5)
• Increased Charybdis fire rate (8 -> 7) (Lower = Faster rate)
• Increased Gallows armor pen (1 -> 2)
• Increased Mortician fire rate (4 -> 3)
• Increased Rehease armor pen (2 -> 3)
• Increased Ribcage armor pen (3 -> 4)

Fixes

• Fixed Mortician having a reduced crit damage multiplier, instead of an increased one.
• Fixed a crash caused by Shock Cells hitting tin blocks.
• Fixed Ricoshot Rounds not increased crit chance and damage on bounce.
