Overhauled Blueprint system, now require blueprint scraps (found in structures, mob drops)
Each tier of raid drops a required trophy item to craft the next tier's blueprint

Rebalanced Heavy Shot, Hyper Velocity and Sharpshooter to be more in line with each other
Heavy Shot: 12.5% damage increase, -15% fire rate, 25% recoil increase, 20% kick increase, additional knockback per level
Heavy Shot lowered to uncommon rarity
Hyper Velocity: 25% projectile speed, 6% damage increase, 25% chance of dealing double durability damage per shot, 7% chance to deal 8 damage per level
Sharpshooter: 5.0 armor bypass per level,6% fire rate decrease, 10% increased recoil, 5% crit chance increase per level
Removed complicated damage decrease for sharpshooter
