1. Fixed a rare error when a player leaves the server on Folia/Bukkit.
2. Fixed ProtocolLib initialization error: now the plugin works correctly if ProtocolLib is missing.
3. Fixed a bug with sending the 'Player-Item-Held-Blocked' message after changing worlds.
4. Fixed a bug where the armor stand was not removed when disabling the plugin on Folia/Bukkit.
5. Fixed a bug where the player was called for an offline check, and when the player joined, the cheat check mode (.help) turned on over the check.
6. Fixed a bug with the Freeze-All-Players-IP key which spammed errors (hopefully it won't happen anymore)
7. Fixed a bug where if the player/initiator wrote quickly in chat and the Discord webhook log was enabled, it did not have time to send messages; now it should work normally.
8. Fixed a bug where if a player hit an armor stand during a check, it said it could not be hit; now this will not happen.
9. Fixed a bug that allowed a player to take items/armor from the armor stand.
