1. Fixed an issue with armor stands (they could not be broken).
2. Fixed some issues on Folia.
3. Armor stands will no longer fall down during teleports at the start of a check.
4. Added new localization keys: ArmorStand-Hit-Messages and Command-Arg-Troll-DropItems-Messages in localization files.
5. Updated the Command-Arg-Usage-Troll-Messages key in localization files.
6. Added a new command scheck troll dropitems, along with the permission scheckplayer.troll.dropitems and the file CmdArgTrollDropItems.yml.
