Sceptile Overhaul (Cobblemon)

A rebalance addon for the Sceptile evolution line in hopes of bringing it closer in viability to Blaziken and Swampert.

Included Features:

• New Walking, Idle, Battle Idle and Sleeping animations for Sceptile
• New typing, learnset & stat redistribution for Grovyle and Sceptile
• New hidden abilities for Grovyle and Sceptile

Planned Features:

• New animations for Treecko and Grovyle
• Rebalance for Treecko
