Scattered Shards

Changes:

• Shard collection now has a hotkey (default j)
• Selected shard now appears with a highlight in the left panel
• Clicking a selected shard unselects it
• Selecting shards makes a ui click sound
• Shard collection remembers where you scrolled to last
• Shard collection remembers what shard you had selected last, and centers that on reopen
• Shard collection updates selected shard on shard collection
• Shard collection toast now prompts you to open the selection via hotkey
• Shard collection toast now works for very long shard names
