ScamScreener 2.2.1

This update brings the Training Hub directly into the 26.1 mod and cleans up the full contribution flow inside Minecraft.

• Integrated the ScamScreener Training Hub directly into the main UI and review flow.
• Added in-game ScamScreener account login and upload support for reviewed SAFE and RISK cases.
• Exported training cases now use stable per-installation IDs so repeated exports stay deterministic without tying uploads to the Minecraft account.
• Restored the legacy education follow-up messages, including /scamscreener edu disable <messageId>.
