This update ports the mod to Minecraft 26.1, updating API usages, build configuration, and tooling.

API Compatibility: Updated mixin code in EnderDragonFightAccessor, EnderDragonFightMixin, and DragonEventHandler to reflect Minecraft 26.1 API changes.

Build Config: Updated build.gradle.kts and gradle.properties for Minecraft 26.1, Fabric 0.144.0+26.1, and updated loader/kotlin versions.
Gradle Wrapper: Upgraded Gradle wrapper to 9.4.0.
Metadata: Updated fabric.mod.json to reflect the new Minecraft version.
