[SBW] Wrecked!

Fixed wrecks not having physics.

Fixed mortar dropping itself as a item after being destroyed. (now only wreck is left)

Plenty of optimizations.

Optimized networking.

Adjusted Cutter sounds.

Added wreck sinking mechanic. (now ships and vehicles having ability to float on the water sink after being destroyed)

Added blacklist for vehicles that should disappear like they do without addon. (you need to delete old config to let new generate, then you can add anything you want to a blacklist)
