[SBW] Drill, baby, drill!

New Features:

Fluid Support – Vehicles can now be refueled using liquids. Works with buckets and any other fluid containers.

Tag Support – You can now use tags in config to add multiple items at once.

Instant Refuel – Added a config option to fill the tank instantly in one go instead of item-by-item.

New Config Format – Separated item fuels and fluid fuels into two clear lists in config.

Fixes & Optimizations:

Performance Boost – Replaced slow reflection with Mixin Accessors for faster energy syncing.

Loop Protection – Added safety checks to prevent game freezing/crashing when using buggy or zero-value fuels.

Better Container Handling – Improved how the mod returns empty buckets and partially used canisters.

Logic Fix – Vehicles now prioritize one slot at a time instead of consuming fuel from the entire inventory at once.

Config Changes:

Added instantRefuel (true/false).

Added fluidFuels list.

Removed fuelEfficiencyMultiplier (values are now direct). (If you used previous version of this mod, you have to delete config file to let mod create a new one that can work with this version)
