🔌 Common Economy API Support

• Universal Integration - Implemented the Common Economy API by Patbox, allowing mods like Universal Shops and others using the API to natively use Savs Common Economy for transactions (Only confirmed with Universal Shops for now).
• Cross-Mod Sync - API-driven transactions now automatically trigger Redis synchronization, ensuring balances stay consistent across servers even when modified by other mods.
• Transaction Feedback - Added real-time chat notifications (e.g., [Economy] +$100) for API transactions, so players know when they receive money from other sources.

🧹 Chat & Console Polish

• Duplicate Message Fix - FIXED: Eliminated duplicate Redis log messages and double chat notifications for /sell, /pay, and Shop transactions.
• Cleaner Logs - Refactored EconomyManager to handle transaction broadcasting more intelligently, significantly reducing console noise.
• Silent Sync - API and Shop transactions now use "silent" Redis updates where appropriate to keep caches in sync without spamming players.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• FIXED: Resolved IllegalAccessError crashes when using Common Economy API by implementing a custom Access Widener.
