Multiple Versions Now Supported

• Minecraft 1.21.11: Updated to support the latest version, including adaptations for the new permission API changes.
• Minecraft 1.21.10: Support continued with v1.5.0 improvements.

Architecture Changes

We've extracted all database connection logic (MariaDB, Redis, HikariCP, etc.) into a separate, reusable library called SavDBCore.

Startup Stability Improvements

Fixed a critical race condition that could cause a crash when using Savs-Common-Economy alongside DBWrapper (WIP) on the same server.

• Lazy Initialization: The economy mod now waits patiently for the database to be ready before connecting, rather than forcing a connection during the initial boot phase.
• Retry Logic: Added a robust retry mechanism (up to 20 seconds) to ensure the server starts smoothly even if the database takes a moment to initialize.
