SOA 1.3.0 - The Press and Death update

This is a small update that adds some cool stuff

Some of the things that this updates does includes...

• Asbestos
• Plates for all Metals
• The Infuser, which will have more uses in the next update
• A new post-game boss
• changed how recipes for SOA machines work, this does not change much for the normal player but will make recipes easier to add for me and for the 1 person seeing this who wants to make an add-on for SOA
