- Sanity System: Introducing a mental health mechanic that reacts to your environment (biomes, light levels, and nearby entities).
- Visual & Auditory Effects: Experience monochrome shaders and hallucinations as your sanity drops.
- New Items: Added Caramel, Milk Caramel, and the "Knot of Serenity".
- Custom Death Mechanic: Added a death cause when sanity reaches zero.
