- cosmetic feather particles are now all entity type tag-based. includes
cosmetic_emu_feathers,cosmetic_hummingbird_feathers,cosmetic_shoebill_feathers,cosmetic_sunbird_feathers, andcosmetic_roadrunner_feathers.
