Saddle/Bundle/Lead/DYE changes

My second project! This one's also taken from my private datapack, but HEAVILY optimized by comparison.

DISCLAIMER: None of these work on players, you can't steal your friend's stuff with a bundle.

Saddle Changes: You may throw your saddle at any mob to ride them! There is a config that lets you decide whether or not to include entities in that as well.(You can literally fly by throwing a saddle in the air and shooting it with a crossbow, riding the arrow)

On the topic of configs, the second config allows you to decide between running the commands every tick per second, or every fifth tick per second.

Bundle Changes: You may throw your bundle at any mob to steal their stuff! Stuff includes; Handitems and Inventory items! You may also steal projectiles with an item associated with them, like thrown potions or blaze fireballs. Now here's a special lil condition; If you have my previous datapack installed, you'll be able to steal EVERYTHING from a corpse, including handitems, inventory, ARMOR and.. a saddle. Yes, graverobbing is officially a thing!

Lead Changes: You may throw your lead at any mob to leash them! Side note: You can't tie hostile mobs to a fence for some reason
