Sable: Ragdoll Revival

FEATURES :

• Added compatibility between Create: Aeronautics End Sea with downed players, making it so you can save players from the end void (For now if you die in the end void depending on how far you fall you fly back up just as far.. so consider it a bouncy ride)
• Added a translation key to the downed chat text under 

"message.sable_ragdoll_revival.downed"

BUG FIXES :

• Fixed players being able to be downed from the void / void breaking the downed player
• Fixed player downed data being corrupted on world crash while downed. The downed player now gets revived on data wipes
