Adapted for 26.2-pre-1.
Combat hotfix:
- Partially charged melee attacks and stab attacks no longer deal incorrect bonus damage from affix flat damage and custom elemental enchant damage.
Elite mechanics:
- Boss-tier Elite monsters now always gain a fixed Elemental Resistance affix.
Infusion tooltip clarity:
- Blessing and Shelter infusion affix values are now greyed out when their condition is inactive.
