Combat hotfix:

• Rapier movement and retreat effects no longer apply while Elytra flying.

Elite loot tuning:

• Bonus drops for Ascension Stones and Celestial Fragments from Elite monsters have been rebalanced across Elite affix tiers.

Infusion roll weighting:

• Blessing and Slayer infusion affixes no longer roll more often than intended.

Drop-rate tuning:

• High-level monster drop-rate scaling now has a stricter cap.
