This magic mod adds everything related to runes to the game! Blocks emitting effects, wands, items with custom effects, spells, curses, catch mob souls to spawn them, useful functions and muuuch more!

The configs are now generated in a separate folder, if you have customized the config in previous versions, you have to set it again now!
- some code has been moved to the Magma Core mod
- ingame config added
- config descriptions improved
- missing config option implemented
