🚀 RulesPlugin v1.3.0 — Rules Rework & Critical Fix

This update fixes a critical issue affecting existing servers and players who joined before the plugin was installed or before rules were changed.

🔧 Fixed

• ✅ Fixed an issue where existing players were unable to see the Rules GUI on join
• ✅ Fixed cases where the server owner / OP was not prompted to accept the rules
• ✅ Fixed the Rules GUI not opening when data.yml was empty or inconsistent

🆕 New System — Rules Versioning

RulesPlugin now uses a rules version (hash) generated from the current config.yml.

• 🔁 If the rules are modified and the plugin is reloaded, all players are required to re-accept the rules
• 🧾 Guarantees that players always accept the latest version of the rules
• 🧠 No manual resets, no log parsing, no hacks required

🧠 Improved Logic

The rules system now works correctly for:

• 👤 New players
• 👥 Existing players
• 🛡️ Server owners / OPs

Everything is handled automatically and reliably.
