BUG FIXES

• Transcribers were able to stack causing infinite exp glitch
• Datapack and Resource Pack has template descriptions
• Runic Altar was just broken, gui didnt work
• GUI filler items were dropped from broken research table
• GUI scale option being higher then 2 casued the gui to look wacky
• Running out of time in the research table level 2 eats the entire stack of ancient tablets rather then just 1
• Cuustom items in recipe book showing as end portal frames ect
• Pack.png missing
