- Feature: Added Awesome Syringe, an item ported from HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod that grants a powerful combination of 10 positive potion effects (Nausea, Speed, Jump Boost, Haste, Strength, Health Boost, Absorption, Resistance, Regeneration, Fire Resistance) for 50 seconds.
- Feature: Added Empty Syringe item, which is returned to the player's inventory when the Awesome Syringe is consumed.
- Translation: Added English and German localization for the new syringe items.
