Various (and some breaking) changes
- Rewrote a bunch of internals
- Set client extension data reception to enforce use of server-provided entry IDs and block/fluid state IDs to avoid desync
- Proper gametest split (gametest classes are no longer in prod, took me a while to understand the relevant gradle shenanigans)
