Added Create Aeronautics!

• Updated: Create mod, Copycats+, Xaero world & minimap
• Disabled Leaves begone & Create connected, as it doesnt work/breaks things with Create Aeronautics.
• Updated to Neoforge 21.1.219
• Added a new splash text.
  

**_Shaderpacks will not work with Create Aeronautics contraptions._**

I'm aware of the propeller bearing being buggy, It will hopefully be fixed in the next update.
