• Add C2ME OpenCL compat. C2ME OCL requires Java 25, Roxy will work with Java 21 or Java 25 and will automatically detect if C2ME OCL is present, dynamically adapting to the Java 25 requirement brought by C2ME OCL. Issue #10

Fixes:

• Fix errors with No Man's Land and other mods that would throw similar blockstate related errors. Issue #8

Known Issues:

• "use_environmental_fog" must be set to false for LoDs to render, this is a 1.21.11 -> 1.21.1 fog related issue that is being investigated but was not an easy fix. For now, simply keep this set to false.
• AMD users may experience some artefacts on LoDs, if you do encounter any rendering issues please create a new issue on the GitHub page with logs and screenshots.
