• Fixed the floating point calculation error that lead to gaps in grass blocks in LoDs. Issue #7
• Fixed AMD Mesa driver rendering issue for some water LoDs. AMD users with Mesa drivers will have to add the environment variable "AMD_DEBUG=nohyperz" to fully fix the problem.

Known Issues:

• use_environmental_fog=true will result in no rendering of LoDs. Set this option to false in config as a workaround in the meantime. Issue #6
