2.7.8 (Another hotfix, sadly)

• Fixed unreported bug where vampire powers hand mining speed does not work on the forge version, crippling their fast mining and underground travel
• Fixed unreported bug where on the forge version only, Walking Heart is pushed by fluids
• Fixed underground bubbles for soft and wet targeting yourself if you stab yourself with a knife you throw
• Item Bubble launch and vampire clutch abilities improved based on feedback
  • Item launch bubbles now last longer in the air and have their own config for that. The knife bundle spread has been decreased.
  • Clutches are now only interruptible during windup and not dash, blood clutch gives a tiny bit more blood and also saturates you a little for healing if it lands
