- Added a new config (disabled by default) for vampirism being safe in rain
- Minor game feel changes for star platinum and the world
- Getting time stop interrupted no longer is horrible cooldown wise in PVE specifically
- Blocking and desummoning your stand to cancel time stop charge no longer has a big cooldown
- Fixed zombie player bug where the minions you converted as a zombie were considered yours, they now can be claimed as intended but otherwise function the same
- Fixed forgetting to implement zombie players dying from blood starvation like canon implies in joseph's dad's backstory (unlike vampires)
- Fixed a minor bug where Magician's Red's flames and ankhs weren't cleared via switching powers
- work on WIP stands + new configs for them
- slightly lowered walking heart's heel plant cooldown per hit (minor buff)
- Ratt's flesh is now stronger at trapping
- Ratt's fully charged single dart now has increased knockback
- updated ru and jp translations
