Rougher Environment
Applies a noise gradient to places where it probably shouldn't be in to break up repeated surfaces, namely the sands and lava.

- Improved performance by using ColorResolvers properly
- Slightly tweaked the color and pattern of sand
- Made lava more yellow to match its vanilla color more
Notes
- The changes should have fixed the stuttering and large frame drops, prior version has been removed to prevent people from downloading the laggy version
