Fixed volcanic biomes not spawning (again)

Basically all stone types can now be crafted into tools and utilities (dispensers, observers, brewing stands)

Regular stone types can now be converted to cobbled variants in the stonecutter

Added a new crystalline quartz block which can be obtained from blasting amethyst, citrine, and prasiolite blocks

Froglights can now be crafted by surrounding magma cream with citrine, prasiolite, and amethyst respectively

Amethyst can be cooked into other forms of quartz; campfires produce prasiolite (therefore, this cannot be automated), furnaces produce citrine, and blast furnaces produce nether quartz (see: Cheng, R., Guo, Y.
