Added crafting recipes for Psamments

Added cave springs; when noise caves intersect the C horizon of an aquic soil (aqualfs, aquolls (not yet implemented), and in swamps), and the terrain is considered “steep,” water will spawn instead of a cobbled stone type.

Updated which blocks grass can spread to and how soil transforms when it does

Fixed bugs:

• Grass blocks drop Mollisolic Subsoil instead of Mollisolic Topsoil
• Purple Lichen drop Mollisolic Subsoil instead of Columnar Basalt
• Aqualfs in birch forests and flower forests use the incorrect cobbled stone type
• Bamboo Jungles spawn with the wrong soil type
