[1.14.4] Road Stuff 2.0.8.0 • Slope blocks

This new build implements new "slope" blocks. Those blocks are basically slabs but with 4 stack levels instead of 2. They allow making slopes so players or any other living entity don't need to jump anymore. They can also be painted like regular road blocks, and can be placed underwater like any slab or stair.

• Updated to Forge 28.1.44.
• Added slope blocks: craft them by placing two asphalt or concrete blocks, like the pressure plate craft.This will give you 8 slopes. You can convert them back to full block with 4 of them in a 2x2 craft.
• Reflectors and cones (all variants) can't stay in air anymore when you break the block under them.
• Various code change and bufixes.
