Rituals now use Marker entities instead of Armor Stands. This should prevent you from randomly losing a teleporter link.

If you're moving to 1.21 from 1.20 and you DO NOT want to lose your current teleporters, follow these steps:

Open the world in either 1.20 or 1.21+ with the old datapack and type in this command: /datapack disable /Ritualistic_Teleports_v1.X.zip/ ** WARNING: It's crucial that you use disable and not the built-in uninstall function as this would destroy your teleporters! **

Place v1.4 of this pack in your datapack folder; switch back to your game and type this command: /reload

Your teleporters should now be working. If they aren't, make sure the pack is enabled with /datapack list
