- Added new ability config setting
commitToWindupfor PvP balancing options - when set totruefor an ability that you need to hold a button (for example, Time Stop or Crossfire Hurricane), it won't stop when you release the button - Sendo Overdrive nerf - only creates a Hamon wave in a narrower sector; the more you hold the button, the larger it gets, up to a full circle

- Fixed Pillar Man abilities crashing on servers
- Fixed occasional client crashes when mobs from Mowzie's mobs are shot with arrows
- Fixed Mr.President server crash; attempted to fix the bug where sometimes on servers it kicks you out of the room immediately
- Fixed Crazy Diamond's "Leave object" ability not triggering sometimes because of high knockback
- Fixed knockback not transferring from Stand to user
- Fixed Tommy Gun recoil rotating the player's head too far when using it during Stand manual control
