1.4.1 Bugfix

Fixed

• Fuel not draining properly
• Portal positioning being inside the block on some occasions
• Sub-Ether Barrier crash when setting the code
• Blender dimension is now properly accessible without Mk.II Dimension Upgrade
• Disabled dimensions no longer show up in dimension selector
• Player locator now opens the portal behind them, instead of inside them
• Lower the volume of portal opening sound
• Fix certain packets not being registered on NeoForge

Experimental Fixes

• Attempted to fix locators incorrectly saying they're disabled
• Attempted to improve randomiser and locator safety
