Riccio Fishing Utils (RFU)

Features:

• Added Cocoon message hiding option.
• Added a no bait alert when fishing without bait in the fishing bag

Fixes:

• Fixed catch history incorrectly incrementing counts for creatures not catchable on the current island but shares an island that does.
• Made the LOOT SHARE! message not trigger on bait present on the 9th hotbar slot

Back-end

• Changed bait detection to use the 9th hotbar slot with the hypixel change
