Player marker customization and new translations. It's recommended to refresh config files.

• Added option to change locator bar player marker style to dot, which change textures of this marker to 3 new ones. This system is currently in beta so report any bugs using GitHub Issues.
• Added config version entry to TOML and JSON config for a better update system.
