Revive Star

Commands:

• /revivestar config self_revive true/false - Be able to revive yourself. (Mainly for testing purposes)
• /revivestar config global_revive_sound true/false - Allows you to enable/disable the global sound when someone gets revived. When disabled only the player beeing revived will hear the revive sound.
