Reverse Stonecutter

I wanted to be able to recycle the recipe outputs of the stonecutter to reclaimn the base materials. This utilizes the blast furnace (for single item output recipes) and the crafting table (for the multi item output recipes). I made one exception by adding the smooth stone block returning standard stone block when using the blast furnace.
