Fixes

• Fixed an issue where unlocked Codex entries and the initial item claim status could be lost after a player died and respawned.
• Player progress from existing worlds will now be migrated automatically when it is loaded for the first time.
• Removed the non-functional give_reveal_codex_on_first_join configuration option. Players will now only receive the Codex when joining for the first time.
• Fixed an issue where the background blur setting also blurred the mod's interfaces.
• Fixed an issue where selecting one list entry caused other entries to appear highlighted in light gray.
• Fixed accessibility control text unexpectedly appearing inside the Codex.

Interface Improvements

• Added keyboard navigation and screen reader support for Tab, arrow keys, Enter, and Space.
• Added support for turning pages with the mouse wheel.
• Improved truncation and tooltips for names that are too long to display fully.
• Adjusted the inventory border and title position on the Reveal screen.
