Bring back Removed Recipes

A new file has been added.

This update adds new crafting recipes for the following items:

• Horse Armor (Leather, Copper, Iron, Gold, Diamond)
• Netherite Upgrade (without requiring a Smithing Table; note: does not support transferring enchantments)
• 9 Strings from 1 Cobweb
• Barrel (using Sticks instead of Wooden Planks)
• Leather Armor (using Wool)
• Boats (using a Shovel in the recipe)
• Brown Dye (crafted from Red + Yellow + Black Dye, or Orange + Black Dye)
• Bamboo Planks (from 4 Bamboo)
• Arrow (using an Iron Ingot instead of Flint)
• Lodestone (using a Netherite Ingot)
• Lead (using a Slimeball)
• Bundle (using Rabbit Hide)
• "String Pickaxe" (the Brush)
• Enchanted Golden Apple

Please note: This version does not support the new Netherite items (e.g., Netherite Horse Armor).
