Adds new dyes, wood types, stone types, and other building blocks. Also adds magic, a few dungeons, and a new dimension.

Additions
- Began work on new magic system to replace the charms added in #0001
- Better support for using other mods' items
Changes
- Default config now has all common blocks/items enabled by default. If you want to use another mod for certain items, you have to change the config manually
- Common block/item errors are now saved to a text file in the crash reports folder
