Added
- Totem of Undying markers: AutoMarker now marks the timeline when your totem pops. There's a toggle for it in the config.
- PvP kill markers are read from server chat and work in every supported language, not just English.
- Death detection from chat, so your deaths get marked on servers that never show the death screen.
