First Person UI

This update enables you to render your health, hunger, and hotbar! It also contains major backend changes in order to enable this.

To turn on UI rendering, you must install Mod Menu and use it to open the mod's config. In the UI tab, there is an option to enable UI rendering. In a future release, the config will be accessible via the Replay Mod's menu.
