Fixes/Optimizations

• Fixed /repeatersound alarmMessage writing to the wrong config key (interaction_mode → alarm_message)
• Fixed the config screen label for disabled_message so it no longer reuses the alarm message text
• Refactored ComparatorBlockMixin to remove shared mutable fields and rely only on per-call parameters
• Centralized config validation in ConfigManager, so commands and config screen now share the same validation rules
• Normalized and validated stored config values on startup, automatically repairing invalid entries with defaults
• Unified configuration validation flow for all entrypoints (startup, commands and config screen)
