Repair commands

Forge version for Minecraft 1.20 through 1.20.4.

Note: Forge does not provide a build for Minecraft 1.20.5, so this file should not be marked as supporting 1.20.5.

Adds two server-side repair commands:

• /repair repairs the damaged item you are holding.
• /repairall repairs all damaged items in your inventory, including tools, weapons, armor, and other damageable items.

Server-side only. Works in singleplayer and on dedicated servers.
