Small compatibility update
- Migrated the Accessibility options system to Rose Bush's new Vanilla Options API, this is to improve compatibility with other mods that injects into the same mixin.
That's all for this update, this update is mainly put out due to the DebugGUIScale update, no feature changes are implemented.
