Remove Copper

Complete removal of copper from survival Minecraft.

No longer will your inventories and chests be filled with this useless ore, because "what if I want to build something with it one day.." (you won't)

• Copper ores do not generate
• Drowned do not drop copper ingots
• Spyglass, Lightning rod, Brush now crafted with iron ingots instead
• No new textures/models. You are welcome to make your own and fork the mod or send to me.
