Adds Remote Detonators Which Can Detonate TNT or redstone Things Remotely

Changes:
- Ported to fabric 1.21.8
- Not possible to have multiple detonators that have a different target position, they will overwrite each other.
- positions save to players instead of the item now because can't do like before on fabric right now.
